It was a great pleasure to deliver a guest lecture at the “41st National Conference of the International Medical Science Academy – IMSACON 2026”, held on 25th and 26th April 2026, organized by the Department of Microbiology, JIPMER, Puducherry.
The theme of this year’s conference was “One Health – Recent Advances in Medical Sciences.” I delivered a talk on “Atrial Cardiopathy and Emerging Causes of Stroke.” The conference was well attended, and the session generated excellent academic interaction and discussion with the audience.

On 3rd May 2026, I had the privilege of participating in the 3rd Stroke Conclave, endorsed by the Indian Stroke Association (ISA) and the World Stroke Organisation (WSO), held at The Lalit, New Delhi.

It was an enriching and intellectually stimulating academic gathering, with over 250 delegates in attendance, including more than 100 neurologists and neuro-interventionists from across the country. The conclave brought together eminent experts from leading private healthcare institutions such as Max, Fortis, Apollo, Medanta, Zydus, and Medicover, alongside distinguished representatives from premier public sector institutes like AIIMS. The presence of ISA and WSO leadership, as well as industry CXOs, further elevated the discussions.

The sessions were highly thought-provoking, focusing on critical gaps in stroke care, opportunities for collaboration, evolving policies, and innovations shaping the future of stroke management in India.
