Remembering Swami Kuvalayananda Ji on his Birth Anniversary 🙏

On the birth anniversary of Swami Kuvalayananda Ji, we honour a visionary yogi, researcher and educator whose life became a bridge between the timeless wisdom of Yoga and the language of modern science.

Through his pioneering work and the founding of Kaivalyadhama in 1924, Pujya Swamiji helped open new pathways for Yoga to be studied, understood and shared with the world—without losing sight of its deeper roots and purpose.

Like a river of knowledge that continues to flow from one generation to the next, his legacy lives on through teachers, researchers, institutions and seekers across the world. May this sacred flow of Yoga continue to nourish humanity, carrying forward the wisdom of the past while illuminating the path ahead.

Indian Yoga Association offers its श्रद्धांजलि and respects to the great legacy of Pujya Swami Kuvalayananda Ji. 🙏🕉️

🪷 Happy Raksha Bandhan 🪷

On this sacred occasion of Raksha Bandhan, we celebrate the beautiful bond of love, care, trust, and protection that connects us all.

Just as Yoga unites the body, mind, and spirit, Raksha Bandhan reminds us of the bonds that unite families, communities, and humanity.

May this Raksha Bandhan inspire us to nurture compassion, harmony, mutual respect, and the spirit of selfless care—values that lie at the heart of Yoga and our Indian wisdom traditions.

🙏 Wishing everyone a joyful, peaceful, and blessed Raksha Bandhan.
