AIIMS Nurses Union is a professional organization of AIIMS nurses elected through Democratic process aimed at in protecting the rights and interests of nurses.Each union member belongs to a community of highly qualified professional nurses advocating for conducive working environment and to render maximum possible healthcare. The union, as a body of representatives, exists to achieve and fulfill t

he social,economic and general well being of all its members. AIIMS Nurses Union considers educational and awareness programs will strengthen their competitiveness and will make them aware about their rights and privileges. Apart from this, AIIMS Nurses Union also organizes annual meets,medical camps,cultural and sports activities to enhance personal and professional growth of its members. As a responsible body of government employees, union maintains a collaborative relationship with other unions and associations inside and outside the country. We also believe that a collaborative approach is necessary in attaining our goals in relation to health care management and interpersonal relationship among the members.
