How to avoid touching face, nose, eyes our gateways for disease causing microbes.
Its a psychological problem so deal it by making some changes around hand like put on new jwellery, or rubber band or simply strap two fingers or make a paper jwellery or hold a tissue paper. Just add something new around the hand to make mind see it differently. Then when ever it will come near face you will get alerted. Put post it on your desk top near door handles etc to remind you. Hand washing with soap and water is first step then also avoid touching face.
Avoid contact lens use rather wear glasses.
If going out use your glasses to protect your eyes, it will give some protection. If your are infected or around a patient or contact then put protective eye gear take care.

My name is Kaldense Abdallah, a comoros national. During our visit in New Delhi India in 2018 with my family, were seaching for the best eye care clinic in web and Mehta national eye care clinic was the one
that fulfilled the characteristics. Have met a very good and experienced team with their just value: care for patients.

In 2019 exactly on 12 july have decided to remove my eye lid mass that kept on growing and changing my face appearance from this clinic.

Surgey done on 13th july 2019 evening and today my face appears as original, no one could know or remark that have undergone a surgery as no scars on my face.
