“Botox” is often used as an umbrella term for wrinkle-relaxing injections. Technically, though, Botox is a brand name for botulinum toxin type A.

Other brands include Dysport and Xeomin. They work on the same basic principle, temporarily reducing muscle activity to soften dynamic wrinkles, but their formulations and dosing are not identical.

And this is important: wrinkle-relaxing injections can soften certain expression lines, but they cannot treat every type of wrinkle, restore lost volume or replace treatments that improve skin quality.

So “I want Botox” isn’t always the right starting point.

The better question is: What are we trying to treat, and which treatment is right for you?

Some evenings stay with you long after they are over.

Yesterday was one of those moments for me. To be recognised for work that has been such a meaningful part of my life was deeply special, but what made the evening even more memorable was being surrounded by so many inspiring women and people who continue to create change in their own way.

I feel truly grateful to have received this honour in the presence of Smt. Rekha Gupta, Smt. Shakti Rani Sharma and Shri Kartikeya Sharma, Member of Parliament, Rajya Sabha.

I will carry this one with a lot of gratitude, and even more motivation to keep doing the work that matters to me.

Here’s why these are my go-to treatments:

Ultherapy: For non-surgical lifting and tightening. Uses focused ultrasound to stimulate collagen at deeper layers of the skin, with results developing gradually over time.

Biologique Recherche Facial: One of my go-tos when the skin needs a reset. The protocol can be customised depending on what the skin needs at that pointaahydration, exfoliation, balancing or barrier support.

Aquagold: A favourite before events. Helps improve hydration, texture and that smooth, refined glow with minimal downtime.

Lymphatic Drainage: Helps with temporary puffiness and fluid retention and can leave the face or body looking more defined.

IV Drip/s: Delivers fluids and selected nutrients intravenously when clinically appropriate, with the formulation chosen according to individual requirements.

Emsculpt NEO: Uses electromagnetic energy to stimulate muscle contractions, helping build muscle and improve definition in areas like the abdomen and glutes.
