The kind of reminders you don’t realise you need… until you do.

Healing isn’t loud. It’s in the small, everyday choices—what you repeat, what you allow, what you come back to.

Over time, those quiet shifts change everything.

Save this for when you need to realign. And share it with someone who’s on this journey too 🤍

Starting retinol but scared of the purge?

Not every retinol has to feel harsh. When it comes to early signs of aging—fine lines, wrinkles, loss of elasticity—you need something that works with your skin, not against it. A gentle, well-balanced formula can help support collagen and give results without damaging your barrier.

Start early, but start smart.

Comment PRO-LIFT and I’ll help you build the right routine 🤍

Acne-prone skin and concealer can be a difficult combination, because the wrong formula can leave you looking congested, cakey, or broken out.

When I recommend makeup for acne-prone skin, I always look at the formulation first: lightweight texture, non-comedogenic ingredients, and whether it’s suitable for oily or breakout-prone skin.

Here, I’ve used the Maybelline Fit Me Spot Rescue Concealer.

Comment “FIT ME” if you’d like help finding acne-friendly makeup products that work for your skin type.
