When patient insists on getting clicked after a satisfactory treatment by you and wonderful behaviour of staff.
He was operated for biheaded ptergyium with 3/60 vision only
We did a biheaded ptergyium excision with conjuctival autograft with amniotic membrane transplant with post operative day five vision of 6/12.

patient you. Satisfied patient from bihar came to our center for cataract surgery in one eye,upon examination she had macular edema in other eye also.
Systematic approach of cataract surgery followed by other eye laser and intravitreal injection she was able fo get 6/6 vision in both eye..special thanks to kakkar for the retina treatment..

It can be easily prevented and diagnosed early.
If you are diabetic for any number of year,have your retina checked by an ophthalmologist every 6 monthly to one year.
