5 Ways to beat Heat Rashes.

Reel 4 of our series, I’m sharing two powerful remedies from my clinic, Ancient Veda, to clear the gut naturally.

Worm infestation is more common than you think!

If your child is irritable, has white patches on the face, or experiences itching, it’s time for an Ayurvedic deworming.

The Bedtime Ritual (Follow for 15 Days):
1️⃣ Ajwain-Gud Pills: Roast Ajwain, crush it, and mix with Jaggery. Form small pills and give one daily.

2️⃣ Vidanga Honey: Give Vidanga (False Black Pepper) mixed with a spoon of Honey.

Why Bedtime? Ayurveda suggests deworming at night when worms are most active in the gut!

👉 Don’t ignore the signs. If symptoms persist, let’s talk.

Important: These must be taken at night for 15 days for the best results. Can be repeated again for 15days, after a gap of 15 days .
