Last trimester of pregnancy makes the woman walk in the cutest way but needs attention also.
Some important tips -
-wear comfortable footwear.
Wedge soles preferably
No heels
-try to walk straight with gap between foot to maintain steady gait.
- u can hold bump the way she is holding gives support .
- most importantly enjoy the phase.

“BIRTH TO REMEMBER”

This is one birthing story that will stay close to my heart.
Sometimes your patients end up becoming your extended family.
Four years of association, trust, and a beautiful journey. ❤️

She was my patient even before her pregnancy. After conception, life took her to Gurgaon, but when it came to her delivery, she and her family were determined — “The babies will be delivered by you, ma’am.”

A high-risk twin pregnancy, countless moments of concern, and a decision that meant staying in Noida for almost two months — all because of the trust they placed in me.

And finally, the most beautiful reward: a healthy baby boy and a healthy baby girl.👶🏻👶🏻❤️

People often tell me, “Ma’am, you are very emotional.”-
But how could I not be?
