Most of the common medicine prescribed to these patients cause too many health complications and adds misery. We have seen many people failing miserably due to the inability to afford the high cost of modern medicine. The practice of yoga and natural therapy can overcome these issues and prevent them for

ever. After the realization that yoga and holistic therapy can be the most suitable solution for these problems, the idea of starting a dedicated women's health research foundation was born. Women Health Research Foundation (WHRF) Trust is a mission initiated by Yogaguru Neha Vasisht and Anupam Chauhan. We are dedicated to helping women specific to overcome the health complications they have to face due to various reasons viz. physical, mental, emotional, social, economic, etc. We have the vision to liberate everyone from the lifelong jail of medicine and experience holistic and spiritual bliss.
