Postpartum weight changes are a normal part of the transition after pregnancy and childbirth. 🤰 Hormonal changes, breastfeeding, changes in routine, reduced physical activity, sleep deprivation and stress can all influence weight during this phase.
Every woman’s body follows its own timeline, and weight may take several months or longer to change. 🌿 In some cases, persistent or unexplained weight changes may also be linked to health conditions and should be discussed with a doctor.

What may look like “just weight” from the outside can be part of a much larger physical transition. 💛 Postpartum weight gain is normal. Judging a new mother for it is not. A little understanding can go a long way. 🤍
