​Aaj ke daur mein, hum apne ghar-baar, naukri aur family ke liye sab kuch karte hain. Lekin aksar, is bhagam-bhaag mein Mental Health ko bhool jaate hain.
​As a Life Coach and Founder, maine ek baat seekhi hai: Har waqt strong dikhna zaroori nahi hai. Kabhi-kabhi thak jana, tension mein hona, ya confuse rehna bilkul normal hai.
​Aaaj Subhashan Foundation aapke liye 3 simple habits suggest karta hai:
​✅ Take a Pause: Pura din mobile par rehne ke bajaye, din mein sirf 10 minute kuch mat karein. Bilkul shant baithein.
✅ Check in on Loved Ones: Apne partner, bache ya dost se sirf ye mat puchein ki wo kaise hain, balki dhyan se unki baatein suniye. Unhe judge mat karein.
✅ Set Boundaries: Har kaam ko 'Yes' bolna band karein. Agar aap thake hain, toh rest lijiye. burnout koi 'success' ki nishani nahi hai.
