Proud to share another success story.

The case refers to a 32 year old women who came to me for treatment of hypothyroidism, tsh levels 5.749 on 22/7/24. She didn’t want to start allopathy medicine for hypothyroidism knowing that it will be a lifelong medication. We started Homoeopathy treatment on 25th July and she was advised about diet and exercises as well to maintain healthy weight. On 9/11/24 she got blood test for Thyroid and the reports came normal- 4.3 mIU/ mL. Reports attached ( with due regard to protect patient privacy)

Hello friends!
Monsoons are here and Sawaan month started on 22nd July. Health wise, our metabolism is changing during monsoon season. Immunity is at its lowest therefore food which is easy to digest is preferred. Sharing some tips to avoid bloating and digestion issues-
1 Avoid curd and milk and other milk products if you suffer bloating problem
2 Avoid leafy greens as they can be infested with insects.
3 Avoid brinjal , Rajma( kidney beans) and chickpea
4 Avoid melons and cucumbers, and cold/ leftover rice.
5 Street food - warm humid climate supports bacterial growth so avoid street food as it can be contaminated.
6 Try to eat Simple home cooked fresh meals. Avoid stale food and leftovers.
7 Include besan( gram floor) recipes in your diet
8 Avoid Alcohol and non- veg food.
9 Ginger/ tulsi tea should be taken.
10 Stay hydrated to avoid muscle cramps and soreness. Water, neembu shikanji is preferred.
11 Include seasonal fruits like pears, sweet lime ( mosmi), pomegranate etc in diet

The above reports describe a case of hypothyroidism in a young female aged 23 yr 10 months. The TSH was 6.08 when she visited our clinic for treatment. She was not taking any allopathy medicine, no Thyronorm etc. She had hectic work schedule off late and was not taking exercise. The Homeopathy treatment was started on 6/4/24, she was advised to take 45 min of moderate exercise like walking etc and was advised to cut down on junk food and high calorie meals. On 8/6/24, the tests are repeated and TSH levels have come down to normal value of 4.7.
The treatment will be continued for another 2 months but this is a great boost to confidence and faith of both patient and doctor.

Excited to share another success story!

The above mentioned is a case of bilateral renal calculus in a 73 year old female who suffered flank pains off and on due to a 6.3 mm stone struck in left ureter, proximal to vesico-uretric-junction. The lady was advised surgery to remove the stone but she wanted to get homeopathy treatment for stones and was totally averse to surgery. We begun treatment in mid February and got ultrasound done to track stone movement every 15 days.
I am delighted to announce that she got rid of the big uretric stone last night and to confirm this we got ultrasound done today. She got right renal stone cured as well!
Now only 3.3 mm stone remains in left kidney for which treatment is ongoing.
Homeopathy treatment is safe and effective choice for renal stones under 10 mm. The renal colic, hydronephrosis are all managed by homeopathy only.
