Monsoon hair fall is not always about weak hair; it often starts with the scalp. 🌧️

Humidity, sweat, oil build-up, damp hair, dandruff, and rainwater pollution can disturb your scalp balance and increase breakage or shedding.

This season, don’t panic-oil your hair. Focus on scalp hygiene, dry your hair properly, avoid tight hairstyles, and choose gentle monsoon-friendly hair care.

Healthy scalp = healthy hair. ✨

Monsoon fever ≠ always viral fever

Not every monsoon fever is “just viral.” 🌧️

Monsoon brings higher chances of different infections like viral fever, dengue, malaria, chikungunya, typhoid, and other seasonal infections — and many of them may start with similar symptoms: fever, body ache, weakness, chills, headache, or nausea.

The mistake we often make?
We wait, self-medicate, and assume it will settle on its own.

But fever with severe body pain, persistent high temperature, chills, rashes, vomiting, extreme weakness, or fever lasting more than 2–3 days should not be ignored.

This monsoon, don’t guess your fever.

Observe symptoms. Stay hydrated. Maintain hygiene. Avoid mosquito breeding.

And most importantly —consult a doctor and get the right tests done when needed.

Because timely diagnosis can make all the difference. ✅

Summer heat isn’t the only reason. Higher temperatures allow germs to multiply faster in food and water, increasing the risk of tummy infections. Babies also lose fluids more quickly through sweating, making diarrhoea more challenging.

Simple habits can make a big difference:
• Offer plenty of fluids (breast milk/ORS as advised)
• Maintain good hand hygiene
• Serve freshly prepared food
• Keep feeding bottles and utensils clean

If your baby has persistent diarrhoea, blood in the stool, repeated vomiting, fever, or signs of dehydration like fewer wet diapers, don’t delay seeking medical care.
