Regular menstrual cycle humein cycle ke baare mein important information deta hai...
But it doesn't guarantee normal egg quality.
Especially as age increases, egg quality aur ovarian reserve fertility planning mein important ho jaate hain.
Isliye fertility assessment sirf periods regular hain ya nahi — itna simple nahi hota.
Regular periods ek positive sign hain, but complete fertility report nahi.
