Does your protein shake cause constipation? 🥤

Protein shakes can be a convenient way to meet your daily protein needs, but in some people they may contribute to constipation—especially when the overall diet is low in fibre and fluid.

✔️ Stay adequately hydrated
✔️ Include fibre-rich foods such as vegetables, fruits, whole grains, seeds and legumes
✔️ Don't rely on protein shakes as a replacement for a balanced diet
✔️ If a particular protein powder repeatedly causes bloating or constipation, consider trying a different formulation

Remember: protein itself doesn't necessarily cause constipation. Your overall diet, hydration and individual tolerance matter.

Stop calling everything “piles”!

Pain ≠ always piles
Bleeding ≠ always piles
Swelling ≠ always piles

👉 Fissure, fistula & piles are DIFFERENT diseases
Correct diagnosis matters.

Confused between piles and fissure? 🤔
You’re not alone — many patients delay treatment because they don’t know the difference.

🔹 Piles (Hemorrhoids)
✔ Swollen veins in the re**um
✔ Painless bleeding (initially)
✔ Feeling of mass or discomfort

🔹 Fissure
✔ Small tear in the a**l lining
✔ Severe pain during & after passing stool
✔ Burning sensation + spasm

⚠️ Ignoring symptoms can make things worse — early diagnosis means easier treatment!

If you’re experiencing bleeding, pain, or discomfort, don’t hesitate to consult.

✔ Non-surgical & minimally invasive treatments available
