The PACS Tirupati ILD Summit (19.04.2026) is done — and what a day it was.

A full room, sharp case discussions, and some genuinely good debate across Cystic ILD, Sarcoidosis, Fibrotic HP, and more.

I presented the Case Based Discussion on Myositis ILD — a complex overlap that doesn't always get the clinical attention it deserves. The panel made it even better.

Organising this alongside Dr. Deepak Talwar sir and Dr. Deepak Prajapat and Dr was a lot of work — and absolutely worth it.

Pulmonary Hypertension often presents with vague symptoms and can be misattributed to more common respiratory or cardiac conditions, leading to delays in diagnosis and management. Through this piece, I’ve tried to highlight the importance of early suspicion and referral.

Let’s continue working toward better recognition, timely diagnosis, and comprehensive care for PH patients.

PACS IP corner - Case Discussion video1: Post-Intubation Tracheal Stenosis (PITS) & Airway Intervention

Learning Points:
1️⃣ Diagnosis: PITS mimics asthma/COPD; bronchoscopy and CT 3D reconstruction are essential.
2️⃣ Management: Balloon dilation, laser resection, and rigid bronchoscopy interventions are key; surgery remains definitive for severe cases.

Odisha, a place close to my heart.

It was an honor to deliver a lecture on the management of SARD-ILD at Chestcon. Visiting Odisha and meeting my teachers is always a special experience, filled with nostalgia and gratitude.
