Community Breast Cancer Awareness Program Successfully Conducted..

PK Das Institute of Medical Sciences successfully conducted the Community Breast Cancer Awareness Program along with Free Thermoscan Breast Cancer Screening.

The programme commenced with a prayer song, followed by a welcome address delivered by Dr. Daniel Udayan C, Department of Medical Oncology. The presidential address was delivered by Dr. R. C. Krishnakumar, Director (Operations), PKDIMS.

Dr. Satish G. Prabhu, Principal, PKDIMS, and Dr. Palanivel Rajan, Head of the Department of Community Medicine, offered their felicitations.

The highlight of the event was an insightful Breast Cancer Awareness Session led by Dr. Daniel Udayan C, Consultant Medical Oncologist, who emphasized the importance of early detection, timely screening, and preventive care.
