A simple fracture of forarm Ulna bone treated badly and got infected with compartment syndrome at Assam, which was supposed to be treated by simple plaster cast. Now this threaten limb got savage from multiple operations at our center and now we are confident about functional recovery.

Revision surgery:
72 yrs old woman limping for last 18 months due to nonunion trochanter and broken nail done at Guwahati hospital, revised by removal of implant and Uncemented Total hip replacement surgery with solution revision stem. Mobilisation started after 24 hrs of surgery. Hope she will get better soon and walk independently.
