दिनांक 27 September को शिशु एवं नवजात रोग विशेषज्ञ डॉ उमैरह नाज़ रशीद ने मुफ़्त मेडिकल कैंप का आयोजन किया। 40 बच्चों को परामर्श दिया गया तथा जांच एवं क्रय करवाया गया।
On 27th September our Paediatrician and Neonatologist Dr Umairah Naaz Rasheed has organised a free Medical camp. About 40 children took consultation and their Lab test and Xray was done.
We thank Dr Umairah Naaz Rasheed for giving her valuable time for the noble cause

55 वर्ष की महिला, 2 साल से कमर में दर्द तथा पैरों में झनझनाहट से ग्रसित थी। 50 मीटर भी चलने में असमर्थ थी। दवाई एवं फिजियोथैरेपी से कोई फायदा नहीं हो रहा था। इनका सफलतापूर्वक ऑपरेशन किया गया एवं Posterior decompression with TLIF with Pedicle screw fixation किया गया। ऑपरेशन के बाद पैर का दर्द चल गया तथा 3 दिन में ही बिना सहारे चलने लगी।
55 year old female was suffering from Low back pain with bilateral leg radiating pain for 2 years due to L3-L4, L4-L5 Severe Spinal canal stenosis with nerve root Compression. She was not able to walk even for a short distance.
There was no relief with medicines and physiotherapy. Posterior decompression with TLIF with pedicle screw fixation was done. Leg pain immediately disappeared and she was able to walk without support after 3 days...

18 साल के लड़के का दोनों पैर अंदर की ओर घुमा हुआ था (बो लेग)। अगर समय से इसे सीधा नहीं किया गया तो भविष्य में ऑस्टियोआर्थराइटिस होने की संभावना है।
ऑपरेशन (HTO) कर के इसे सीधा किया गया एवं ३ महीने में सीधे पैर से नॉर्मल चलने लगा।

18 year old patient had bilateral BOW LEG . If its left, it will lead to Osteoarthritis in future .

चोट लगने के कारण एसीटेबलम बुरी तरह से टूट गया। एक कठिन ऑपरेश कर के हड्डी को अपनी जगह बैठाया गया एवं प्लेट लगा कर फिक्स कईया गया। ऑपरेशन के 3 महीने बाद महिला बिना सहारे से चलने लगी।
Difficult surgery done for Both column acetabulum fracture and fixed with plate and screw both anteriorly and posteriorly. In 3 months time the result was excellent and patient started walking independently...
