**Most people measure health by pain. I measure it by movement.**
As a physiotherapist, I often meet people who say:
*"Doctor, I don't have much pain."*
But when I ask them to bend, walk, sit comfortably, climb stairs, or maintain posture for extended periods, they immediately notice restrictions.
This is because reduced mobility often develops quietly.
Healthy movement affects:
β Daily comfort
β Physical confidence
β Balance and coordination
β Joint health
β Long-term independence
Pain is important, but movement tells a much bigger story about your overall physical health.
My advice is simple:
Don't wait for severe symptoms before taking care of your body.
The earlier you improve movement, flexibility, and strength, the easier it becomes to stay active and healthy.
Your body is designed to move.
Protect that ability.
