It's our Pride and Privilege to Celebrate the 21st Anniversary of Joshi Hospital Pvt Ltd Phaltan on this day of 17th December.
Joshi Hospital Pvt Ltd is an Orthopedic 40 bedded hospital situated in 3 tier town called Phaltan in Satara District near Baramati.
It started its journey on 17th December 2003 .
Dr. Prasad Vijaykumar Joshi is the main Orthopaedic and Joint Replacement Surgeon who is also the Director and Chairman of the aforesaid Institute.
He comes from a farmer family and preferred to settel in his home town to give services for the needy patients in the rural area around .
The Journey of Joshi Hospital Pvt Ltd is as follows:-
1. Dr. Prasad Vijaykumar Joshi started his practice in his own house at Phaltan, way back in the year 2000 with only 5 beds .The Hospital got shifted in their own New Vaastu in 2003.
In 2023 it is renovated into 5 storied building having 40 beds capacity with all advanced amenities and at par facilities as any corporate hospital in metropolitan city.
2. Joshi Hospital Pvt Ltd installed its Open MRI (Hitachi Make) in 2009 for the poor and needy patients of rural area , which was then the first ever MRI facility at any Taluka level in all over India . Till date we have done around 20,000 various MRI scans with this machine .
3. In 2012 we installed the Ultra Modular Joint Replacement Centre at Joshi Hospital Pvt Ltd alongwith Computer Navigation Technology (from Brain Labs Company Germany) which was also the First technology used for doing Joint Replacement at any Taluka level in all over India.
4. In 2019, Joshi Hospital Pvt Ltd, Phaltan got NABH (National Accreditation Board of Hospitals ) accreditation , Entry Level , which was also the first hospital to get such honour at any Taluka Level in all over Maharashtra . We will be going for the full NABH accreditation very soon .
5. During the Covid 19 Lockdown period , we at Joshi Hospital Pvt Ltd , Phaltan , worked 24/7 and did around 500 surgeries of all Non Covid patients in those 6 months as all other nearby hospitals were busy in treating Covid patients .
6. In 2023 we installed the ROBOTIC TECHNOLOGY required for joint replacements at Joshi Hospital Pvt Ltd, Phaltan by the name
"Phaltan Robotics Centre"
This is the First Robo at any Taluka Level in all over India . This breakthrough advanced and perfect technology will help all the patients suffering from severe joint pain to live a pain-free and healthy life for sure.
7. Till date we have served more than 1lakh patients and done more than 20,000 General Orthopaedic Surgeries & around 4500 Joint Replacement Surgeries . It is the highest number at any Taluka level in all over India . Patients are coming not only from Satara district but from many districts of Maharashtra and different States of India as well as from abroad also. We have recently operated a patient from USA.
