Physiotherapy in breast cancer is very important because it:
1. Reduces pain and stiffness after surgery, chemotherapy, or radiation.
2. Improves shoulder and arm mobility, preventing tightness and frozen shoulder.
3. Helps manage lymphedema (swelling in the arm due to lymph node removal).
4. Restores strength and endurance, improving daily activity performance.
5. Supports emotional well-being, reducing fatigue, stress, and improving quality of life.
