October 2-22nd Hatha yoga course in India 🇮🇳 at ICYER
November 14th weekend retreat here in Wales 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿
February 1-14th Pranayama Course ICYER India 🇮🇳
January 16th (5 weekends one per month in Farnborough followed by a 1 week intensive here in wales )
August 23rd Kirtan here in wales at the ashram!
