Placenta percreta is one of the most delicate and life-threatening complications that can occur around childbirth.

In this case, after delivery, we faced a critical postpartum emergency with a high risk of severe bleeding. Every decision had to be made carefully and every minute mattered.

With timely intervention, careful surgical management and a coordinated team effort, we were successful in saving the mother’s life while also preserving her uterus.

In such challenging cases, the mother’s safety always comes first. But when circumstances allow, preserving the uterus can also be an important part of the treatment.

पाळी अनियमित होणे, वजन वाढणे, चेहऱ्यावर किंवा शरीरावर जास्त केस येणे, acne, hair fall किंवा pregnancy planning मध्ये अडचण — ही PCOS ची काही महत्त्वाची संकेत असू शकतात.

लक्षणं वारंवार जाणवत असतील तर ती फक्त “नॉर्मल” म्हणून दुर्लक्षित करू नका. योग्य वेळी तपासणी आणि योग्य उपचारांमुळे PCOS प्रभावीपणे manage करता येतो.

Failed IVF म्हणजे सगळं संपलं असं अजिबात नाही.

IVF cycle fail झाल्यानंतर सर्वात आधी failure चं कारण समजून घेणं महत्त्वाचं आहे. योग्य evaluation करून काही काळाचा break घेता येतो आणि त्यानंतर पुन्हा प्रयत्न करता येतो.

प्रत्येक cycle मधून काहीतरी शिकता येतं आणि योग्य planning, treatment आणि परिस्थितीनुसार पुढील प्रयत्नांची success ची शक्यता वाढवता येऊ शकते.

हार मानू नका. तुमचा IVF journey एका failed cycle मुळे संपत नाही.

एंडोमेट्रिओसिसचा त्रास फक्त औषधांनी कायमचा सुटतोच असे नाही.

काही रुग्णांमध्ये औषधे किंवा हार्मोनल इंजेक्शन्समुळे वेदना आणि इतर लक्षणे कमी होऊ शकतात, पण एंडोमेट्रिओसिसचे भाग काढण्यासाठी योग्य शस्त्रक्रियेची गरज भासू शकते.

गर्भाशयातील फायब्रॉईड म्हणजे कॅन्सर नाही.

फायब्रॉईडचा आकार, स्थान आणि त्यामुळे होणारी लक्षणे यावर उपचार ठरवले जातात. विशेषतः सबम्यूकोसल फायब्रॉईड गर्भाशयाच्या आतील पोकळीत असल्यामुळे वंध्यत्व आणि गर्भपाताचा धोका वाढवू शकतो. अशा परिस्थितीत शस्त्रक्रियेचा विचार केला जाऊ शकतो.

म्हणून फायब्रॉईड आहे म्हणजे लगेच ऑपरेशन, असे नाही. योग्य तपासणी आणि तज्ज्ञ स्त्रीरोगतज्ज्ञांचा सल्ला घेऊनच निर्णय घ्या.
