Malignant tumor need aggressive removal of tumor at the first surgery itself and this can give a good long term prognosis .This patient had grade 3 Malignant tumor and i had operated upon him around 41/2 yrs back now developed recurrence and again was recently operated again for the same .This time Neuronavigation helped for better localisation and total clearance of the tumor .He had SMA Syndrome post op but improved completly. .
