SYMBISCOPE 7.0: Elevating Standards in Hysteroscopy Training
Symbiscope 7.0 brought together passionate learners, leading surgeons, and immersive hands-on simulation at The School of Hysteroscopy, Symbiosis Medical College for Women and Symbiosis University Hospital & Research Centre, in collaboration with Medcubator Innovations.
Under the vision of Dr Milind Telang (Course Director), with academic guidance from Dr Meenal Patvekar (Head, OBGY) and Dr Kalyani Mahajan (Secretary, School of Hysteroscopy), Symbiscope continues to set benchmarks in structured hysteroscopy training. Over four transformative days, delegates participated in expert-led sessions, live surgical demonstrations, and realistic hands-on simulations. The curriculum emphasized diagnostic and operative hysteroscopy, advanced planning, instrumentation, complication management, and decision-making in complex scenarios
A standout moment: the Symposium on Hysteroscopy, featuring global leader Dr. Martin Farrugia (UK) alongside Dr. Rajiv Yeravdekar, Dr. V. K. Sashindran, and Dr. Prasad Bhanap—reaffirming our commitment to advancing medical education.
Special thanks to guest faculty Dr. Tanvir (Hyderabad) and Dr. Haresh Vaghasia (Mumbai) for sharing their expertise and enriching our academic journey.A big thank you to the Departments of Anaesthesia (Dr. Indrani Hemantkumar) and Radiology (Dr. Amol Gautam) for ensuring rigorous preoperative evaluation, meticulous perioperative care, and patient safety throughout.
The workshop concluded with a Valedictory Function, celebrating the spirit of learning, mentorship, and collaboration.
Symbiscope 7.0 stands as a testament to the power of combining expertise, technology, and hands-on learning—empowering the next generation of clinicians.
