It was a priviledge and an honour to be the Aesthetics Partner to the Phoenix mega model hunt, by Prasad Bidapa. His 40 th year of grooming and nurturing talent in the modeling industry, brought him to Pune. We supported his event as we too believe in nurturing good skin hair, body and ultimately confidence and wellbeing. Over the three days we saw, how the raw talent was moulded to finesse. No one knows what their nose will turn out like after a rhinoplasty. However, at Aesthetics medispa, this uncertainty is reduced by a detailed consultation, understanding your issues, and then pre op morphing analysis. All this helps in removing the uncertainty. There are no guarantees or warranties on outcome, but our track record shows we are able to achieve between 80-120% of morphing results. One thing is assured that there is definite improvement for sure. The more subtle the change, the more challenging the operation.

A subtle improvement is what she needed and what we delivered. Correction of deviation, angle of rotation of tip, alar flare and narrowing of bones. Can convert a person from ordinary to exemplary. Hence pre op morphing analysis is important. Detailed pre op analysis is more likely to deliver a satisfying result.

Everyone has a hidden potential to look good. You just need to unravel it sometimes. A good aesthetic plastic surgeon can help you analyse what would help you look good. Thanks to this lovely patients for allowing us to share her results. Not all past results are predictive of future results. However careful pre op planning with morphing can show what results you can achieve. This lady was operated in My Aesthetic Plus Navi Mumbai and the overall result is due to U graft and narrowing.

This is an excellent example of a case where narrowing of bone and ala alone would not have yielded a sharper narrower appearance. This gentleman had very thick cartilages bone and skin. Nasal augmentation done by Monobloc rib cartilage provides the support for improving projection as well as definition. The augmentation is just enough to improve sharpness without making his nose look too large
