Since 1972, every drop of blood at the KEM Hospital Blood Bank has come from a voluntary donor.

We were Pune’s first voluntary-only blood bank, and that promise has not changed in over 50 years.

Around 9,000 units flow through our blood bank each year.

Free for thalassaemia and haemophilia patients. Available at concessional rates for cancer, dialysis, and patients from financially weaker sections.

All of it possible because someone, somewhere, chose to give.
