Heal
Most of us have felt this way at least once in our life's where you are forced to smile when in reality all you wanted to do was scream, scream till your lungs bursted out of your body splattering all around for everyone to see how you truly feel.
As kids you were taught to bundle up all the negative emotions and throw it away because good children don't behave a certain way, curb your emotions, don't shout , don't cry, strong children don't do this, you are to loud, chatter box, and God knows what!
Those Repressed memories now come to haunt you in your adulthood as your biggest fears, your insecurities bring anxiety creepily crawling into your system that is gnawing at your brain to simply make you believe that everything about you is wrong, that you are nothing but useless and that everything you do is just pure waste.
Don't let it, go heal take all the help you need, you need a psychiatrist or a psychologist go see one, you think a friend can help go talk to one, you feel an activity can help do it, you feel being alone will help do it, travelling may help just go ahead and do it. But just remember don't let anxiety take away your trueself away from you! It's going to be a fight but stay strong ; with this don't let any person tell you that you are being dramatic or overreactive don't let them negate the way you feel, no one can dictate the way you feel. Your emotions are purely your own, you want to cry let it all out, you want to laugh do it. Just be true to yourself be who you are, not what the world wants you to be and most importantly heal.
