Tennis elbow rehab is often misunderstood.
Pain relief helps — but it’s not the full solution.
Especially in chronic cases.
Effective rehab is a progression, not a single exercise or modality:

• Managing total load (work, gym, sport)
• Gradually rebuilding tendon and grip capacity
• Progressing exercises to sport-specific demands
• Returning to sport step by step, not all at once
Some pain during rehab is normal.

What matters is how much, how long it lasts, and how well it’s managed.

Most people start seeing meaningful improvement around 3 months.

Some cases take longer — and that’s okay.
If you want to learn how to structure rehab from: acute / painful stage → tendon loading → return to sport and how to know when you’re ready to progress, 👇 Comment: TENNIS ELBOW REHAB

Can you fix your posture?
Yes.
With exercise.
With stretching.
By building a habit to sit upright.
Yes.

But do you really need to fix your posture?
Will it get rid of the neck and back pain you feel after a long day’s work?

There is no single perfect posture that prevents neck or back pain.
Sitting upright all day isn’t better —
it just becomes uncomfortable like any other position.

Even that “bad-looking” relaxed posture?
Your body can tolerate it.
Now here’s where people get it wrong:
Yes, upright posture has its benefits —
but mostly for how you’re perceived.
It’s associated with:
âś” Confidence
âś” Discipline
âś” Professionalism
Which makes it more aesthetic and social, not therapeutic. It's often associated with success and discipline.

But it won’t magically fix your pain.
What actually matters more:
👉 How long you stay in one position
👉 How often you move
👉 Your overall activity levels

Instead of forcing a “perfect posture”:
âś” Change positions regularly
âś” Take frequent breaks
âś” Walk, stretch, move your neck
âś” Stay active through the day

Posture isn’t something you hold.
It’s something that changes.
Movement is what your body really needs.

If you prefer a more upright posture,
it comes down to habit and awareness — not specific exercises.
“Postural exercises” don’t directly improve alignment.
Your posture adapts to your most frequent positions.
