Another day, another life changing transformation!

Life after delivering a baby is never the same. Weight gain is something that is common post partum and almost every woman gains weight.

Aditi was dealing with the same issue until she met GetSetGo Senior Coach Nabiya

She was given a diet plan that included all her basic staple food items in the right quantities to make sure she loses weight while enjoying the plan.

Along with regular exercises and a thorough lifestyle monitoring, Aditi was able to knock off more than 20kgs and got back to pre-pregnancy weight and shape.

That is some real motivation for a lot of new moms! Kudos to Coach Nabiya for pulling this off really well and a huge shout out to Aditi for being such a go getter.

12 weeks progress of one of our weight loss coaching clients enrolled under Melvin

From the beginning of the program itself, the approach was simple and straight forward to get her lean. Her diet included the staple foods she would generally eat with about 30% change to ensure a balance of macronutrients and micronutrients.

This was combined with a structured resistance training program done at home to ensure she retained her muscle mass while losing fat.

Consistency doesn’t come easy. It comes when you enjoy the plan, and do not pick highly unsustainable methods for achieving your goals. Coach Melvin laid special emphasis on keeping the plan simple and practical to sustain for her, which made sure she never found the approach gruelling in the first place.

She has begun her second phase of transformation with us now and we look forward to deliver quality results once again, just like we did in the first phase.

Is the biggest problem! Well, we understand that their are other priorities as well, but you know what, probably you project these priorities as excuses to cover up for your inability to get fit. Hurts? Sorry, but not sorry.

Buckle up, face the reality and get things done. If you think fitness is for people who just wish to flaunt a great physique- YOU ARE SO WRONG!
