Nowadays I notice that people start having their own ayurvedic churna to remain healthy, but according to Ayurved with churna proper anupan is also important.
It is better to Consult with an Ayurved physician before taking any ayurvedic medicine, because if you have this for a long period you can notice its result but later on i5 also has its reverse action too, which you people are not aware of!
Stay Healthy ! But under proper guidance of Ayurved Physician.
