We bought Crompton 15W 3in1 surface led light pavk of 4 pcs from Amazon app, on 04.10.2024 vide order no 406-7111240-7936314 in which 1 pc got faulty so we booked for replacement on 13.10.2024 hut till today it's not being replaced. We have screenshot (attached ) showing replacement ordered but not yet done . We also contacted to customer support of Amazon for 4-5 times but not received any resolution till today even after more than a month. We also have call recordings for the same. We kindly urge to social media to help us getting our refunds and replacements done on priority pls.

We bought surya 22w surface led light on 09.10.2024 and 10.10.2024 vide 406-2037691-4913117 and 406-8613395-5586760 respectively but we received wrong product so we booked return for these which were picked up by Amazon on 11.10.2024 and 12.10.2024 respectively, but we didn't received refund till today after more than a month and on app status is showing that return product may be lost in transit. But it's not our problem it's lost by their Logistic partners so why we should suffer for that. We contacted 4-5 times on their customer care but we didn't received any resolution so after getting frustrated we are posting here in expectation that we will receive refund through social media. We are attaching here the screenshot of app showing status of return. We also have all call recordings with customer care executives only giving false commitments, we can produce if required.
