A 3-night space to slow down and come back to yourself.

This retreat is for those who’ve been feeling a little off lately,
even when everything looks fine on the outside.

Over four days, we move gently through:
– intuitive movement
– creative expression
– journaling & guided reflection
– meditation & stillness
– deep, unstructured rest

But to create space to feel, soften, and reconnect.
