It was a great pleasure and honor to be invited as the Chief Guest for the 80th Independence Day celebration at Kunal Icon Society, Pimple Saudagar.

I am grateful to the residents for giving me the opportunity to share my thoughts on creating a stronger and more responsible society.

⚠️ ब्युटी पार्लर में कान की समस्या का गलत इलाज — सावधान रहें!
अगर इयर लोब (कान की बाली पहनने वाली जगह) का छेद बड़ा हो जाए, तो इसका स्टैंडर्ड मेडिकल ट्रीटमेंट है — सर्जिकल रिपेयर (टाके लगाकर जोड़ना)।
लेकिन आजकल कुछ जगहों पर ब्युटी पार्लर में ग्लू/गम लगाकर इसे ठीक करने का दावा किया जाता है।
मेरे पास ऐसे कई मरीज आए हैं जिनमें इस तरह के कॉस्मेटिक ग्लू से एलर्जी, इंफेक्शन और कान की त्वचा को नुकसान हुआ है।
मेडिकल साइंस में भी टिशू ग्लू का इस्तेमाल होता है, लेकिन वह विशेष मेडिकल ग्रेड ग्लू होता है जिसकी कीमत काफी ज्यादा होती है। ब्युटी पार्लर में इस्तेमाल होने वाले सामान्य ग्लू सुरक्षित नहीं होते।
✅ इयर लोब रिपेयर के लिए टाके लगाकर किया गया इलाज सुरक्षित, टिकाऊ और मेडिकल रूप से सही तरीका है।
कृपया ऐसी समस्याओं के लिए किसी ENT / प्लास्टिक सर्जन विशेषज्ञ से ही सलाह लें।

अचानक चक्कर आने लगे तो क्या करना चाहिए?

चक्कर आने के कई प्रकार होते हैं —
• आसपास सब घूमता हुआ महसूस होना
• चलते समय एक दिशा में गिरने जैसा लगना
• अचानक कमजोरी या collapse होकर गिरना

इनमें “घूमने वाली चक्कर” को Vertigo कहा जाता है।
यह मुख्यतः कान के अंदर मौजूद बैलन्स सेंसर (Labyrinth) या उससे जुड़ी नसों/ब्रेन सेंटर की समस्या के कारण होता है।

अगर आपको इस प्रकार का Vertigo हो तो ये नियम अपनाएँ:

1️⃣ घबराएँ नहीं।
Vertigo आमतौर पर जानलेवा बीमारी नहीं होती।

2️⃣ तुरंत आराम करें।
शांत जगह पर लेट जाएँ और नजर किसी एक स्थिर बिंदु पर टिकाने की कोशिश करें। घूमते हुए पंखे की तरफ न देखें।

3️⃣ 1–2 घंटे आराम करने से चक्कर कुछ हद तक कम हो सकते हैं।

4️⃣ चक्कर कम होते ही Vertigo Specialist को दिखाएँ।
ENT Specialist या Neurologist इसकी सही जाँच और उपचार करते हैं।

5️⃣ जहाँ तक संभव हो, बिना चक्कर की दवा लिए डॉक्टर को दिखाएँ।
सही Diagnosis के लिए Active अवस्था में जाँच जरूरी होती है।

6️⃣ यदि बिना दवा लिए डॉक्टर तक पहुँचना संभव न हो, तो Stemetil गोली चूस सकते हैं।
इससे लगभग 1 घंटे में आराम मिल सकता है।

7️⃣ Vertigo के विशेष टेस्ट भी होते हैं, जो Vertigo Clinic में उपलब्ध रहते हैं।
सिर्फ सामान्य Blood Test, Urine Test या ECG से Vertigo का सही कारण पता नहीं चलता।
अनावश्यक जाँचों में समय और पैसा व्यर्थ न करें।

🚨 यदि चक्कर के साथ ये लक्षण हों तो तुरंत Emergency में जाएँ:
• हाथ-पैर में कमजोरी
• बोलने में परेशानी
• बेहोशी
• डबल दिखना
• तेज सिरदर्द

🚫 NO EAR BUDS PLEASE 🙏👂

1️⃣ Your ears are self-cleaning organs.
2️⃣ The ear canal has natural curvatures — it is not straight.
3️⃣ Ear buds can injure the ear canal and eardrum (tympanic membrane).
4️⃣ They may push wax deeper inside the ear.
5️⃣ Frequent use can cause repeated fungal infections.

👉 For excessive itching, a very small amount of coconut oil or moisturizer can be gently applied with your own finger.

⚠️ Frequent wax cleaning is usually NOT needed.
⚠️ Wax is not the only cause of hearing loss.
