On 17 August 2026, Pipili Health Institute (a unit of THEE TRUST) and AASRA joined hands to serve the needy by providing free medical consultations and medicines at the AASRA camp site in Nayagarh district. This initiative was carried out under THEE TRUST’s SAHYOG 360 programme.
More than 100 patients benefited from the camp. The programme also served as an important platform for health awareness and education. Several cases of diabetes and hypertension were identified, and appropriate steps were taken to educate the patients about necessary precautions, lifestyle changes, and regular monitoring.
This initiative reflects the commitment of THEE TRUST and AASRA towards improving access to healthcare and promoting a healthier community.

Help Gulab Ful Tudu Walk Again: A Journey from Despair to Hope
At just 10 years old, Gulab Ful Tudu's life changed forever.
Growing up in a small village in Jharkhand, she accidentally fell into a deep water well. Her terrified neighbours rushed to rescue her, pulling her out alive against all odds. It felt like a miracle.
But the real battle had only begun.
With no access to medical care and limited financial resources, Gulab was taken home. She received no treatment for nearly a year. Slowly, she lost the ability to move her legs. Despite the pain and uncertainty, she never gave up. With incredible determination, she taught herself to stand again and gradually managed to walk using sticks for support.
However, without proper medical intervention, the damage continued silently.
Over the years, both her feet became severely deformed. Recurrent wounds and infections made every step agonizing. Eventually, she could no longer walk independently. Being confined to bed led to pressure sores over both buttocks, adding to her suffering.
As her condition worsened, Gulab believed there was only one option left.
She travelled all the way from her home in Jharkhand to Delhi, hoping to have both her legs amputated. She thought losing her legs was the only way to end years of pain.
But fate had one more chance waiting for her.
Before undergoing amputation, Gulab learned about our Institute (THEE TRUST) and its commitment to limb salvage. When she reached us, our team carefully evaluated her condition and found that her legs could still be saved.
Today, instead of preparing for amputation, Gulab has been given hope through complex limb salvage surgery, wound care, deformity correction, and rehabilitation. This journey is long and challenging, requiring multiple surgeries, prolonged hospital care, physiotherapy, specialized orthotic support, and nutritional rehabilitation.
Your support can help transform her life.
Every contribution will help fund her surgeries, hospital stay, rehabilitation, wound management, and assistive devices—giving Gulab the opportunity to stand, walk, and live with dignity once again.
She survived a fall that could have taken her life.
She survived years without treatment.
Now, with your kindness, she has a chance not just to survive—but to walk into a future filled with hope.
