Food may look fresh. But is it safe?
During monsoon, moisture and improper storage can increase the risk of food contamination. Choose freshly cooked food, drink safe water, keep raw and cooked food separate, and always wash your hands before eating.
Don’t ignore persistent vomiting, diarrhoea, stomach pain, fever, or signs of dehydration. Seek timely medical advice.
Eat safe. Stay protected this monsoon.
