એક નાની ભૂલ, મોટી મુશ્કેલી લાવી શકે છે.

ઉનાળાની કાળઝાળ ગરમીમાં મંદિર કે ધાર્મિક સ્થળોએ ઉઘાડા પગે ચાલવું એ ડાયાબિટીસના દર્દીઓ માટે જોખમી સાબિત થઈ શકે છે. ડાયાબિટીસમાં પગની નસોની સંવેદના ઓછી થવાને કારણે ગરમ જમીન પર ચાલવાથી થતા 'બર્ન્સ' કે ઈજાની તરત ખબર નથી પડતી.

આટલી સાવચેતી જરૂર રાખો:
✅ મંદિરમાં જતી વખતે કોટન સોક્સનો સાથી બનાવો.
✅આરામદાયક શૂઝ પહેરો જે પગને સંપૂર્ણ સુરક્ષા આપે.
✅નાની એવી પણ ઈજા દેખાય તો તરત જ નિષ્ણાતની સલાહ લો.
