Thankful to the core committee SPA to bestow the responsibility of once again hosting one of the most respectable procto conference of india....

A live surgical conference with presence of more then 300 delegates from india, 2 shalya ta**ra pg heads of national institutes, 2 days, 21 live surgical demonstrations 17 types of surgical procedures and parallel questioning and querry rounds along with surgical sessions.

Once again thanks to all delegates and seniors who showed faith in me for handling this responsibility of hosting this proctocon post the udaipur and abu conferences......especially the president and secretary who had given their days and nights behind such a productive feast of knowledge...

.....જ્યારે કોઈ દર્દી સારવાર ના અંતે સારું થયા બાદ દિલ થી મીઠાઈ તો શું એક સામાન્ય ફળ આપે તો પણ એની મીઠાશ નો લહાવો અનેરો હોય છે જ્યારે દિલ થી સારવાર કરેલ હોય ત્યારે....

આવોજ એક બીજો કેસ યાદ આવી ગયો.....3 વર્ષ પહેલાં પૂના ભાઈ મકવાણા પડધરી ગામ પાસે થી આવેલા....પૂના ભાઈ આર્થિક રીતે સક્ષમ નહિ અને ખૂબ હાઈ એનલ ભગંદર નું પહેલું ઓપરેશન રાજકોટ ની અન્ય હોસ્પિટલ એ કરાવ્યા અને નિષ્ફળ ગયા બાદ અમારે ત્યાં કરાવેલ અને એના આભાર માટે દર 5 6 મહિને પૂના ભાઈ જ્યારે પણ રાજકોટ આવે ત્યારે એમના ખેતર ની બદામ લઈને આવે....અને એ બદામ શબરી ની જેમ વીણી વીણી ને પ્રેમ થી લઈને હજી પણ આવે.....અને એ બદામ ની મીઠાશ જય સીયારામ ના પેંડા કરતા પણ વધારે મીઠી હોય....
