Dr. Satish Sharma, Senior Medical Oncologist, was privileged to meet Shri Hemant Soren, Hon'ble Chief Minister of Jharkhand. During the meeting, he updated the Hon’ble Chief Minister on the gap in cancer care in Jharkhand. They also had a brief discussion about the steps needed to improve and strengthen cancer care services in the state .

डॉ. सतीश शर्मा, वरिष्ठ मेडिकल ऑन्कोलॉजिस्ट, को झारखंड के माननीय मुख्यमंत्री श्री हेमंत सोरेन से मिलने का सौभाग्य प्राप्त हुआ। इस बैठक के दौरान उन्होंने माननीय मुख्यमंत्री को झारखंड में कैंसर देखभाल (Cancer Care) की वर्तमान स्थिति तथा मौजूद कमियों के बारे में अवगत कराया। दोनों के बीच राज्य में कैंसर उपचार एवं देखभाल सेवाओं को बेहतर बनाने और सुदृढ़ करने के लिए आवश्यक कदमों पर भी संक्षिप्त चर्चा हुई।
