Honouring 29 Years of Dedicated Nursing Service

Scudder Memorial Hospital, Ranipet, gratefully honoured Mrs. Nalini C, Nurse Manager, on her retirement after more than 29 years of faithful and dedicated service.

Born on 22.04.1966, Mrs. Nalini C joined Scudder Memorial Hospital on 15.09.1997 and served with commitment, compassion, and sincerity in the Nursing Service, Ophthalmology Department. Through her many years of service, she has been a blessing to countless patients, colleagues, and staff members.

A Retirement Thanksgiving Prayer Meeting was held at the Hospital Chapel, where the hospital family joined together to thank God for her life and service, and to pray for her peaceful, healthy, and joyful retired life.

We deeply appreciate her contribution to Scudder Memorial Hospital and wish her God’s abundant blessings in the years ahead.

Outreach Activity – SMH Emergency Department

The SMH ED team under the guidance of Dr.Immanuel brother charles successfully conducted a hands-on training program on **Injury Prevention, First Aid, and Basic Life Support (BLS)** on 17th April 2026 for the 2026 batch of police officers at the APCA Academy of Prison and Correctional Administration, Central Prison, Vellore.

A total of **50 police officers from various states** actively participated and were trained in essential life-saving skills.

We sincerely thank **Mr. Pradeep, IAS (Director, APCA)**, **Prof. Beulah Immanuel**, and **Mr. Govindarajan (Deputy Director)**for providing us with this valuable opportunity to serve and train the officers.

As part of its commitment to community health and public safety, the SMH Community Health Team organized a Free Medical Camp at the RTO, Ranipet.

Medical check-ups were conducted for bus drivers from various institutions, recognizing the vital role they play in ensuring safe transportation every day. The camp focused on promoting preventive healthcare, early detection, and overall well-being among drivers who often work under demanding schedules and stressful conditions.
