Yoga is not your party. It's your path.

What you see here is the reality today Yoga turned into a trend, a performance, even entertainment.

Beer in one hand, "yoga" in the other... And people still call this awareness?

This is not evolution.

This is dilution.

Yoga was never meant to impress others.

It was meant to transform you.

I was raised in an Ashram, learning from Gurus who lived yoga not for show, not for attention, but for truth.

No cameras. No validation. Only discipline, breath and awareness.

And today... we are turning something sacred into content.

If yoga becomes just another lifestyle trend, then we are not practicing yoga we are escaping it.

At Karoli Yoga School, we stand for real yoga a path of Sadhana, not distraction.

A lifestyle, not a performance.
