I'm Bruna! Yoga instructor since 2019!

I've been guiding yoga classes around the world: Brazil, Portugal, and Netherlands, through this beautiful project called Pyaar Yoga. With the purpose of bringing love through the yoga practice 💛

Since 2023, we have created this warm and strong community in Eindhoven.

It's a place to reset your nervous system.
It's a sacred place to healing yourself
It's a magic place to connect with the pachamama: Mother Earth.
It's a safe community to be who you are!

Something shifted in me… and I can’t ignore it anymore.

In 2019, I did my first 300h yoga training.
Back then, I wasn’t a mother.
I didn’t even think about becoming one.

This training changed me so deeply.

But life changed me even more.

Last year, in September/October,
with my son almost turning 3,
I felt the call again.

Not in my city.
Not in my state.
Not even in my continent.

Something bigger was calling me…
all the way to India.

And I went.

But the hardest part wasn’t the journey.
It wasn’t the intensity.
It wasn’t learning in another language.

It was leaving my son behind for 20 long days.

That feeling stayed with me.

Because I know I’m not the only one.

So I started asking myself…

Why does growth have to come with separation?
Why do we have to choose?

And what if… we didn’t have to?

I’ve been sitting with this for a while now.

And I think I’ve found a way.

It’s Easter!

It’s time to remember that the divine is alive!
You can find God everywhere and most easily within your own heart.

Through the maha mantra, you will be able to experience Bhakti = devotional love.

To feel love, you must surrender.
To surrender, you must let go.
To let go, you must realise that the love you seek outside is within you.

Start chanting this mantra and see how the divine can guide your life.

Remember: You are not alone!

You deserve to feel love in your heart!

What a powerful gathering we shared!

Yesterday we created something truly alive.

Together we cried, we laughed, we moved, we shook our hips, releasing what was stored in our bodies and opening space for something new to be born.

There was vulnerability.
There was truth.
There was sisterhood.

Each woman experienced the journey in her own way, and that is the beauty of the feminine: deep, intuitive, emotional, creative, and wildly powerful.

The energy in the room was a reminder of what happens when women come together in authenticity: healing happens, walls fall, and something sacred awakens.
