After the beautiful energy of the Spring Equinox Wellbeing Day, I’m feeling even more inspired to start sharing more yoga at Mystic Soul Sanctuary.

My classes focus on traditional Hatha yoga — slowing down, breathing deeply and reconnecting with yourself.

✨ Reiki has been my path since 2014… Master since 2021.
But THIS time in India… something shifted.

The energy felt different. Deeper. Real.

And the craziest part?
My Reiki Master & meditation teacher…
was once my online yoga teacher.

Coincidence? I don’t think so.
This is alignment. This is the path. ✨

Grateful for the souls I shared this journey with 🤍

Every journey has a sacred beginning. 🕉️

This was the day we opened our 𝗬𝗼𝗴𝗮 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 in Rishikesh —
with mantras, intention, and open hearts.

The path of yoga isn’t just something you study…
it’s something you 𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲.

Grateful to walk this path with my new 𝘆𝗼𝗴𝗶 𝗳𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗹𝘆.✨

My first day in Rishikesh. 🇮🇳
Alone, wandering through temples and sacred streets…
Until the Ganga appeared in front of me.
Aarti, bells, mantras in the air.
Sometimes the universe guides your steps before your mind understands why.

One week in Rishikesh… and it already feels like a lifetime of learning.
Days begin at 5:30am and finish at 10pm — intense, emotional, beautiful, and deeply transforming.
My body is sore in places I didn’t even know existed, but my heart feels more open than ever.

I didn’t come to India to learn poses for pretty pictures.
I came to understand the real yogi lifestyle — from the roots, from the masters, from the true source of yoga.
And this week has shown me exactly why I was meant to be here.

From the opening ceremony to evenings around the fire, from a nourishing vegan diet to the discipline of daily practice… every moment is shaping me in ways I cannot yet explain.
Yes, it’s overwhelming. Yes, it’s intense.
But it is also sacred, honest, and incredibly beautiful.

Grateful for this opportunity.
Grateful for this path.
Grateful to be exactly where I am meant to be. ✨🙏

Week 1 — complete.
The journey is only just beginning.
