From the first day of practice to the moment they received their certificates, these weeks have been filled with learning, discipline, shared experiences, laughter, chanting, and connection.

At Punyah Yoga, we believe that completing a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training is not the end of learning. It is the beginning of a deeper relationship with yoga — understanding the practice, learning to share it with others, and continuing to grow with humility and dedication.

During our 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training at Punyah Yoga, students explore the traditional roots of yoga through mantra chanting and Indian music — learning not just with the body, but also with the voice, ears, and heart.

Because yoga is not only something we practise. It’s a tradition we learn to understand and carry forward. 🌿

En octubre de 2026 inauguramos las Formaciones de Yoga en Español en India, uniendo la experiencia de Punyah Yoga y para tender un puente entre India y España.

Una formación que no es solo práctica física: es estudio, presencia y disciplina; es anatomía, tradición, respiración, mantras y filosofía. Es una inmersión cultural en el lugar donde el yoga nació.

Te esperamos en Rishikesh, la Cuna del Yoga, para redescubrir esta enseñanza desde su origen y vivir una experiencia profunda, transformadora y auténtica.
