Annapurna Shloka for perpetual plenty.

अन्नपूर्णे सदापूर्णे शङ्करप्राणवल्लभे ।
ज्ञानवैराग्यसिद्ध्यर्थं भिक्षां देहि च पार्वति ॥११॥

Annapurne sadaa purne,
Sankara praana vallabhe,
Jnana vairagya sidhyartham,
Bikshaam dehee cha parvathy.

Meaning:
Oh Annapurna, you who are always whole and full and complete, oh Parvati, the beloved of Shankara, please grant me my desires so that I can eventually attain moksha and desirelessness.

Gautama Buddha was the founder of Buddhism and today is his birth anniversary, called Buddle Purnima or Purnima Tithi. It is celebrated on a full moon day in the month of Vaishakh. Devotees are observing the 2582nd birthday anniversary. It is known that Siddhartha Gautama had attained enlightenment on this day when he was sitting under the Bodhi tree.
