🔹 RIRS (Retrograde Intrarenal Surgery) – इंडिकेशन्स

RIRS कम इनवेसिव (minimally invasive) तकनीक है।

• किडनी स्टोन ≤ 2 सेमी
• Lower pole stone ≤ 1.5 सेमी (अनुकूल anatomy में)
• Multiple small renal stones
• Radiolucent stones (जैसे uric acid)
• Obese मरीज
• Bleeding diathesis / anticoagulants पर मरीज
• CKD मरीज
• Failed ESWL
• Bilateral renal stones (same sitting संभव)
• Anatomical abnormalities
(horseshoe kidney, pelvic kidney, malrotated kidney)
