Teletherapy in Aphasia has really been coming up with awesome results. Initially, the patients were doubtful and so was I. But with time, I am a fan of teletherapy.
Two important things to keep in mind: The Importance of understanding the family background as always goes a long way and counseling the caregivers (a little extra) leads to effective speech and language outcomes. sharing the pic with the patient's approval. 🙂

I have been doing therapy for sometime now (platforms where patient is more comfortable like duo, MS teams, zoom etc) with wonderful results. I was a little skeptical initially about the response of the patients but teletherapy is indeed proving advantageous in all the cases
