🗓️ सोमवार (Monday):

नाश्ता: वेज ओट्स/दलिया (सब्जियां ज्यादा) + दही

लंच: 2 फुल्के + पीली दाल + सब्जी + सलाद

डिनर: पनीर भुर्जी + वेज सूप + 1 रोटी

🗓️ मंगलवार (Tuesday):

नाश्ता: 2 बेसन चीला (कम तेल) + पुदीना चटनी + टोंड दूध

लंच: थोड़ा ब्राउन राइस + राजमा/छोले + सलाद + दही

डिनर: मूंग दाल की खिचड़ी (सब्जियां डालकर)

🗓️ बुधवार (Wednesday):

नाश्ता: वेज उपमा (सूजी कम, सब्जी ज्यादा) + दही

लंच: 2 मल्टीग्रेन रोटी + दाल + भिंडी/तोरई + सलाद

डिनर: पालक-पनीर (हल्की ग्रेवी) + 1 रोटी

🗓️ गुरुवार (Thursday):

नाश्ता: मूंग दाल चीला + दही

लंच: 2 रोटी + कढ़ी (सब्जी वाली) + सूखी सब्जी

डिनर: मिक्स वेज दाल सूप + पनीर सलाद

नाश्ता: 2 इडली + सांभर (सब्जियां ज्यादा)

लंच: 2 रागी/मिलेट रोटी + दाल + मिक्स वेज + दही

डिनर: सोया चंक्स (न्यूट्रीला) सब्जी + 1 रोटी + सलाद

🗓️ शनिवार (Saturday):

दही + ओट्स (बिना चीनी) + 1 चम्मच अलसी (Flaxseeds)

लंच: 2 रोटी + चना दाल + हरी सब्जी + छाछ

डिनर: लौकी का सूप + मूंग दाल + 1 रोटी

🗓️ रविवार (Sunday):

नाश्ता: वेज दलिया + 1 गिलास दूध

लंच: पूरी थाली: 2 रोटी + दाल + 2 सब्जियां + सलाद + छाछ

डिनर: ग्रिल्ड पनीर टिक्का + बड़ा बाउल सलाद + 1 रोटी

Salt Intake: Keep daily salt intake under 5g (approx 1 tsp) to help lower BP �.
