During this festive season, our organization decided to give every colleague an extra official holiday—an opportunity to unwind, cherish family time, and plan something special. The festive spirit inspired us to do just a little more for the people who make our workplace vibrant. 🎉👨👩👧👦
Every day While our teams enjoyed the holiday, many behind-the-scenes admin tasks stayed pending, keeping me engaged since early morning. Suddenly, I received a call from my manager: “Sir, why grant an extra day? Let our field colleagues work today and enjoy tomorrow off.” This led me to reflect on leadership, priorities, and the human elements that shape great organizations. 📞🤔
